Refund Policy

CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGE
When paying by credit card, the customer can request cancellation or modification of the order within 24 hours of placing the order.

To cancel or change the order, the customer must contact our Relationship Center.

After this period, the order will be shipped by mail and it is not possible to cancel or change the shipment.

DEFECT PRODUCT
In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please inform our Central Relationships within 7 calendar days of receipt.

We inform all customers that if we do not have the requested product in stock, we will send another product for the same amount and for this reason it will not be possible to return or refund the product.

For this procedure we ask:

order number or email address used in the purchase;
full name;
clear photos of the product and the alleged defect.
Your complaint will be analyzed and we will respond to your contact with the correct within 3 business days.

In case of return, we will bear the shipping costs and the product must be returned unused, preferably in its original packaging and accompanied by the labels, manuals and accessories. Once the product is received in our center, our technical team will perform an analysis. We do not accept products that show signs of abuse, without the original packaging, with missing elements or outside the set deadline.

The refund of the value of your product will be carried out according to the form of payment of the order or by means of an exchange voucher, and will be carried out only if all instructions are followed.

How will my exchange or return be performed?

- To proceed with the exchange or return of your purchase, you must contact our support via email: service@classicperfumery.com, stating the reason why you want to return the product and proceed with the refund.

*The deadline for the refund is up to 30 days after processing with our financial sector, which takes an average of 3 business days to respond to your request. The customer will be refunded as soon as the product is returned.
